SAFEGUARDING:
*Staff will attend regular professional training, at least 2 yearly on safeguarding and first aid.
*Records of training will be kept.
*Any staff member in contact with clients will be access NI checked.
*Staff will observe for signs of abuse, mistreatment neglect: physically, emotionally, sexually.
*If concerned, records and appropriate referrals will be made in a timely manner.
*Supportive and Therapeutic relationships with individuals and families will be promoted.
* Staff to actively listen to clients and be non-judgemental at all times.
*Work in partnership with individuals, families, and support networks for positive outcomes.
